Stepping outside our wheelhouse of single family custom homes, we collaborated with Access Realty and Weiss Architecture to create this small community in east Austin.  The homes are 1500SF 3/2, with single car garages/carports.  All homes were rated 5-star with Austin Energy Green Building.  They are net zero capable homes, with 5.6KW roof top solar power systems.  Other "green" features include 500 gallon rain water collection, high effeciency variable speed HVAC systems, high perfomance thermal envelope, full LED lighting packages, and Energy Star rated appliances.
