What we offer
We offer our general contracting services for new construction, as well as large scale additions, remodeling and/or renovations. Our focus is on single family custom homes, but we have experience in commercial new construction and finish outs, restaurants, and speculative single family developments.
We also offer pre-construction design and planning services for projects that we are the general contractor. Those services include architectural design and drawings, coordinating civil and structural engineering, and all aspects of city permitting.

We serve land/home owners seeking to create a catered space, just for them. We also serve concious developers/investors looking for design-build services to bring a responsible and distinct product to the market place.
Our approach
We seek out collaborative "design-build" relationships. We have found this approach to be the most effective at meeting the needs of our clients. We can provide a turnkey service - with Shiloh Travis leading and managing design, permitting, and construction - or, we also love working in concert with other architects/designers. If you already have an architect/designer you are working with, we are very comfortable joining the team wearing just our builder hat. Architects love working with us. We understand the details that make each design distinct, and we have a proven track record at getting the most design intent realized inside of the constraints of the client's budget.

We want to be your advocate. We want our clients to always feel like we are on their team. One of the primary ways we accomplish that is by removing the inherently adversarial dynamic of hidden mark up and/or undisclosed direct job costs. From the initial pricing work, through completion of construction, we are always 100% transparent with our subcontractor/vendor pricing, and our fee.
