This 6 home development off Webberville Rd in east Austin was our first collaboration with Access Realty and Weiss Architecture.  Completed in 2013, these homes were 1200SF 2/2.5, with covered parking and private couryards.  They were 5-star rated with Austin Energy Green Building program.
